Terms of Service

Payment Method:
Paypal (USD only)! Best ways to ask for payment are my Discord, Bluesky, Gmail, and Vgen. You must be 18+ to commission me, due to Paypal's requirements. Ko-fi's also accepted. Find the links in contacts! Either full or 50% up front; we can negotiate.(Vgen auto-converts currencies if you pay through one of the options there, but for this, just the above currency.)Expertise
I specialize in drawing anime, mainly cell-shaded drawings of various characters. As well as various body types. I can also do backgrounds, dynamic or complicated poses, couples, comics, and so on. I also enjoy designing logos, banners and overlays.I will not draw anything hateful or problematic. I will also not draw realism, since that is not in my area of expertise.Communication:
I will only communicate through distant messages (Discord, Bluesky, Vgen, or alternatively, my email).
I make sure to be as upfront as possible when it comes to communicating.I will always send a sketch of the commission to see if things look good or if there are any revisions that need to be done. Updates will be given as the process goes on, especially if the commission is time-consuming. Please do not spam message me if I have finished it yet. This goes for if I am in the process of working on the commission, or have other slots to work on first.Revisions:
Adjustment for poses, facial expressions, or backgrounds are allowed. Don't hesitate to reach out to me if you want these adjusted. I like to be as transparent and upfront as possible, so if you need more than one thing revised, that is alright.

Rights:
I have the right to put the commissions on my social media platforms (will be heavily watermarked), as well as use them for promotional and portfolio-related artworks. Though I will ask for your consent, to see if you are alright with them being posted (same goes for WIPs).Reposts:
You may not repost my art without explicit permission from me. I am fine with you sharing WIPs, but if I have not given the okay of the finished piece being sent, please respect that.Use of Commissions:
Personal use ONLY. Commerical use is only allowed if you are a Vtuber and using the emotes, stream layout packs, and so on for your streaming channel!Refunds:
If the commission is being worked on, it is nonrefundable. You can only do a refund if it's not in progress.However, if I am not able to finish the commission for any reason (real life occurrences, etc.), or you are not happy with it, I will give you a full refund. Or if not, 50%.Work speed:
It depends on any workloads I have school-wise, offline, or with my internship. Feel free to contact me if I have not checked in regarding the commission.NSFW/18+ art: While not shown here, I accept NSFW art!
SFW will strictly be on my main bsky.social account (sunsetpixelsttv.bsky.social).
NSFW art will be on an alternate Bluesky account in the future, properly filtered.
